Over 25,000 new Covid-19 cases in the last 3 days breaks yet another Michigan record.

To make matter worse, as hospitals get crowded the death rate has dramatically shot up.  In April Michigan had the 3rd most new Covid-19 daily cases (peaking just below 2,000 new daily cases) and 2nd most deaths due to Covid-19 in the United States.  As of November 24th, Michigan blew the state's daily Covid-19 case record out of the water averaging over 7,000 new daily Covid-19 cases.  We are losing an average of 82 people a day to the virus.  Nearly 10,000 new cases were reported on November 20th.  Get the full break down below.

Michigan also reported 145 Covid related deaths on November 24th.  That is the most deaths in one day for our state since May 2nd.

The major concern now is that more people we'll be around others in doors as the temps drop through the Fall and Winter months.  That could lead to even more Covid-19 cases.

The best way to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is by social distancing and wearing a mask.  These measures have somehow become political.  The fact is this virus doesn't care about your political affiliation.  Get more info from the CDC on how to protect yourself and those around you by clicking here.
