A couple teens on their way home from prom saved an elderly couple from their burning home last week.

Ernest Morris and his wife woke up to someone banging on their door yelling.  According to upnorthlive.com,

It was students from Grayling High School driving home from their prom in Gaylord. Ernest says at that point, a fire had broken out in their pole barn and was getting closer to the house.

After they safely got out of the house, their brand new RV exploded bringing the fire to their house, the side their bedroom was on.

The couple lost everything.  But thanks to a couple well dressed high school kids they are still alive!  Ernie says he wants to thank the students in person soon.
